Who Can Ride:
RTA Connect Paratransit is available upon completion of RTA Connect Paratransit application and certification through the RTA Certification Center.
The Americans with Disabilities Act defines these categories of eligibility for paratransit service.

Weekdays: 4:30 am – 1:50 am; Saturday: 5:00am – 1:50am; Sunday: 5:30am – 1:50am
Call Center Hours:
Weekdays: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday (RTA Connect only): 8am – 4:30
Type of Service:
RTA Connect Paratransit offers door-to-door service to certified customers with disabilities who are unable to use regular fixed routes.
Accessible Vehicles:
(Yes) Handicap accessible vehicles are available
Fares:
Service is $3.50 each way when traveling inside of the defined three quarter (3/4) of a mile service area. Service is $5.00 each way when traveling outside of the defined miles service area but inside Montgomery County.
Ride Request Process:
Certified paratransit riders can schedule trips for RTA Connect by calling RTA at 937-425-8300. Trips can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
