Primary Mission:
To provide door to door transportation to and from the Dayton V.A. Medical Center for Greene County veterans.
Who Can Ride:
All qualified Greene County veterans who are ambulatory and/or able to get in and out of the van without the assistance of the driver. In addition, a caregiver (for the purpose of providing aid and attendance to the veteran) will be permitted to ride in the van with the veteran. Notice must be given at time of reservation.
Trip Purposes:
Transportation for qualified veterans to and from their scheduled appointments at the Dayton V.A. Medical Center.
Area: All of Greene County
Hours of Service:
Every Monday through Friday, appointments are to be made between 8:00 a.m. and no later than 2:30 p.m. to minimize waiting time for the return trips.
