The RTA Connect Premium Service Program provides door to door transportation services for citizens in the Miami Valley. It is open to the general public and serves the Dayton Urban Area as defined by the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission.

Travels throughout the Colonel Glenn Highway, Pentagon Boulevard, and North Fairfield Road corridors and connects to Blue Line Weekday / Blue Line Weekend (Fairborn Circulator) and Yellow line (Xenia-Yellow Springs-Fairborn Connector). Deviations up to 1/2 of a mile of defined routes are available upon request. Access to Greater Dayton RTA is also available at Wright State University’s Student Union.
Travel from Xenia to Downtown Dayton and back again, connecting to Green Line Weekday / Green Line Weekend (Xenia Circulator) and Yellow Line (Xenia-Yellow Springs-Fairborn Connector). Deviations up to 1/2 of a mile of defined routes are available upon request. Access to Greater Dayton RTA is also available at Eastown Transit Center and Wright Stop Plaza.
